EquipNet Inc. has been a 501c3 Public Charity Since 2001, as described in §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. and we are a California C Corporation Religious Organization. Our Tax-Exempt EIN number is 94-3359561.

All contributions to EquipNet are tax deductible in accordance with the regulations of the IRS Tax Code. EquipNet maintains absolute discretion and fiscal control over the use of all donations and the donor relinquishes all control and direction over funds once given. Donors do not receive any goods or services in return, or in exchange for their contributions.

When funds are donated through EquipNet the donor releases all restrictions over how donated funds will be used, however EquipNet has a practice of honoring the preferences of our financial partners as we partner together to fund missionaries and established projects and objectives.

Donors who donate via the EquipNet Webpage will receive an instantaneous tax-deductible receipt and notification via email. All donors who give over $250.00 in any given year will be emailed a year-end statement for all their donations by January 31st of the following tax year. Donations must be received in EquipNet’s bank account or offices before December 31st to be credited to that tax year. Donations received later than December 31st will be credited and tax-deductible in the following tax year and may not be backdated.

Equipnet does not monitor incoming stock gift transfers daily. If you are giving a stock gift, we ask that you, the donor, email or call in advance to our accounting team at 925-478-4320 ext. 301 to alert and notify us you are making a stock gift transfer so we can keep an eye open for the incoming transfer.

Equipnet is not responsible for share price adjustments that may take place during the time incoming gifts are sent, received and settled in our cash account. We attempt to sell all incoming transfers the day they are received at market value or by the next business day.

All year end reports and receipts are handled electronically via email. Please be sure that if you are donating by check to also include a good email address for correspondence as we do not mail hard copy statements by US Mail.
