Helpers Charity African Foundation is a Non-profit organization whose main aim is to provide quality healthcare delivery to the less privileged youth, older men and women and children in the remote areas where access to quality health care is unavailable.

They also educate young adolescent girls and boys on importance of menstrual hygiene and also educate about Candidiasis and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. This includes distributing sanitary pads and panties to help in support during their monthly flow.

Additionally, they enroll young adolescent girls and boys in a Vocational Training School, to help them acquire skills and knowledge in life.
