Hi there! My name is Cadie Anderson and I am from the United States of America.

I have been working full-time with YWAM in Mexico since January 2021 in a variety of areas such as training, community outreaches, local ministries, marketing, fundraising, and other responsibilities. In January of 2023, I joined a team of incredible people to pioneer a new YWAM campus in the city of Zapopan, Mexico located in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. Pioneering was an incredible experience that gave me the right tools to pursue the following vision.

My personal vision is to help train and equip other young leaders to use their gifts to spread the Good News of Jesus wherever they are/go. I intend to pursue this through the branch of Midwifery and women's health care which is currently based in YWAM Kona and beyond. My heart's passion is seeing the "closed" nations reached; teams sent both short-term and long-term; through practical skills and relational bridges. I have a strong emphasis on nations in the Middle East but truly all of Asia!

On the local level, I am serving to train individuals in discovering ways to reach all spheres of society for the Gospel and mobilizing them to find/ create opportunities to serve locally.
