My name is Diamond Hensey and I am a full-time missionary in America! After spending 8 months as a student with Circuit Riders and doing the Carry the Love Tour, where I got the opportunity to go to college campuses around America to simply tell students about the good news of Jesus, I have seen God move in tangible ways, and I cannot live my life the same way anymore! God has completely marked my heart for missions! I’ve personally seen people healed of physical pain (specifically back, knee, and shoulder pain)! I’ve seen people set free from depression and anxiety! I’ve witnessed people encounter the real love of Jesus for the first time ever, and in response, surrender their full lives to Him! For now on my mission is to partner with God’s heart for America and the nations, no matter what that looks like or where that takes me!
I personally feel called to help fulfill the great commission that is found in Matthew 28:19-20, which states, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Jesus has commanded us to go, so I’ve decided to give Him my full yes and go wherever He leads me for the sake of the Gospel!
In this specific season, giving Jesus my full yes has lead me to the city of Minneapolis. My eyes have been opened to the fact that Jesus really loves Minneapolis and has invited me to partner with His heart for His people here. Partnering with the Lord here looks like serving at a local church, hosting a women’s bible study, and having weekly gatherings where we get together simply to pursue the heart of Jesus, through worship and scripture! There is a need here that needs to be met with the love of Jesus and I have signed up to do just that, but I can’t do what God has called me to do alone. I need every single one of you to partner with me prayerfully and/or invest in my financially!
