Hi! I'm Gavin Sheppard, a full-time missionary working in YWAM (Youth With A Mission) with the School of Worship in Kona, Hawaii!

Our goal as the School of Worship is to see young missionaries and musicians understand the heart of worship and learn how to bring it to every nation and every tongue across the world. We want to help show students that God created music for a purpose and we can use it to communicate His love to people that are lost and broken.

I first began my relationship with Jesus during my Discipleship Training School in the fall of 2020 where my heart was stirred to see people come to know the love of Christ that I had just found. For the next two years, I did various schools with YWAM Kona, growing both in my knowledge of the Word and my relationship with Christ. Through that training, I started to realize the love that God had put in my heart for music and discipleship and how those things could be used together to further the gospel.

I have committed to the next two years of my life to using my gifts to serve the School of Worship and their heart to see music and missions work together. We believe that the world desperately needs musicians that walk after God's own heart.
