We are the Willerding’s, a missionary family serving with Youth With A Mission in London for over 13 years. Together with our children, we are focused on discipleship, worship and leading the team of missionaries in YWAM Revive London.
Our vision as a family is to see a generation of Christians on fire for God. Young people who are transformed and are transforming their communities. As part of YWAM revive London’s leadership team, we are committed to the vision of “seeing London transformed through revival communities — focusing on mobilizing young people to go anywhere and do anything preaching the Gospel of Jesus, engaging in worship, and being committed to the Kingdom of God.”
YWAM Revive London is looking forward to seeing what the Lord is doing in London and beyond. We are seeing an unprecedented openness for the Gospel and a hunger within the Church of the UK for prayer, worship and for sharing their faith to their local contexts. In the past two years, we have witnessed grassroots initiatives rise up from Gen-Z to gather together and to share Jesus. We are also seeing a drastic rise in people making commitments to follow Jesus.
We believe that we are witnessing the beginning of a revival and that God is equipping us with the tools and strategies to invest in it. Moreover, we are preparing for what is to come during and after this revival. London is one of the most influential and ethnically diverse cities in the world, with nearly 15 million residents in the metropolitan area. This city has historically been a beacon of Kingdom values, spreading innovation and ideas globally. YWAM revive London is dedicated to seeing hundreds of thousands of people come to know Jesus, become transformed disciples through knowing Him, and, in turn, transform London by spreading His Kingdom vision.
In order to continue the work set before us, we need ministry partners committed to seeing London reached, revived, and reformed. As self-funded missionary workers, we raise our own monthly salary through different investors such as churches and individuals who believe in what we do. Currently, our monthly need is £3600 (about $4520) to cover our family and ministry expenses.
