Youth With A Mission

Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is the largest Christian non-profit organization in the world, with centers in 181 countries. It is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups, and christian traditions, committed to serving Jesus through out the world. Though the organization has many different ministry focuses, our core values are to know God and make Him known.

YWAM Metro Detroit

I am living in Detroit working with YWAM helping with after school kids and teen girls programs, camps, teaching English to women from the Middle East, and serving as our center’s hospitality manager. The base has been running for over two years and has a heart to help broken families, children, young girls, and youth from the streets. Our vision is to help people believe in themselves and see their character change through Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) and relationships we make in our community.
