My name is Michael Tashjian I am a full time missionary with YWAM Kona. I am a new staff member in the 2022 Fire and Fragrance discipleship training school.

My heart longs for people to encounter Jesus. When I was sixteen-years-old, I began to have an interest in going to the nations. Since then, I have been deeply impacted by God's heart for the lost. The Lord has spoken in a number of ways and confirmed it a number of times. He has made it clear: I am to give myself fully to making disciples of all nations.

Fire & Fragrance is a YWAM community focused on training and sending GEN-Z to the nations to share the gospel. I chose Fire & Fragrance because of its emphasis on God's presence being at the center of everything we do. I am currently serving as a full-time staff member developing young leaders. I spend several hours a week relationally investing in young people, helping them build the skills, character, and knowledge to join with the Holy Spirit to bring revival wherever He leads.

In order for me to fully give my time and energy to this calling, I need to build a team: a group of friends, like you, who will stand with me in prayer and financial partnership. Would you prayerfully consider being a part of my ministry team, to see Jesus made known to the lost?
